Your accounts will be autoactivated once you make them, however, you will not have any permission at all but to read/write on this section.
Once you post on this section, you will be automatically become a member of "Guests" group, but in order to have access to the rest of the forum, a leader has to allow you to do so.
If there are any old members, which I know there are, that wish to activate their accounts, please post here so you can read our boards. You can always contact us in game as well.
